Your Vision Pro already knows where your head is. Posture Check Vision uses that to help you keep a healthy position while you work, read or relax. Settle into a comfortable upright pose, start a session, and the app learns your natural stance in seconds.

How It Works

• Your upright pose becomes your personal reference

• Head height, forward drift and tilt are measured in real time

• A gentle chime plays only after several seconds of poor position

• Stand up or move around and the reference resets automatically

Designed to Be Forgotten

• Lives in a small window that stays out of your way

• Your music keeps playing, alerts blend in quietly

Three levels: Relaxed, Standard and Strict

Mac Virtual Display: keeps working during a session, perfect for long Mac work sessions
